      Great place to start or use as a stepping stone to something else

      Pros

      Some great people work there. Location is close to several bus lines, plenty of free parking, and close to downtown. Nice private garden courtyard with picnic tables in back.

      Cons

      Lack of communication in many places. Fairness is not the same - it depends who you work for and where. CEO is out of touch with what most people think. Management is separate from everyone else. Difficult to move up.

      You get to work with the people that the mission supports everyday and certain departments have a flexible work environment

      Cons

      It's hard to tell sometimes what some of the VPs and upper management do in their jobs. In certain departments the leadership is lacking and there's no one around to motivate you to do well in your job.
