      Poor monetization strategy Horrible leadership You will be dealing with lots of egos, especially the CEO Product is a glorified IDE but wants to be the “Apple of AI”

As with any startup, the work feels neverending, and true work/life balance can take time to achieve. With that said, over the past 3 months, we have made great strides in changing how people utilize our flexible PTO policy. By proactively working with each person to schedule time off and restructuring teams around time zones, we have ensured that people get to disconnect daily and for 1-2 week breaks too.
