Pros

The family atmosphere is great. everyone's so kind when you pass them in the halls or on the stairwell. I don't feel like you're just a number with LMH. Even the CEO seems very vested in every aspect of the hospital

Cons

Can be stressful at times but no more so than any medical profession job.
