Pros

Friendly people, family atmosphere, team work approach, good communications, good attention to patient satisfaction, administration seems genuinely concerned to fix issues.

Cons

Low pay, Dingy workplace appearance, physicians can be somewhat spoiled and mean, policies not applied fairly across the board, encourage open communication but can sometimes come back to bite you
