Pros

Lima Memorial provides great benefits with their medical, dental and vision. 401K match is fair. Great vacation/sick time accrual when first hired, which increases the longer you’re employed.

Cons

Doesn’t pay for holidays, have to use your own vacation/sick time accrual. However, even with those days taken out of your accrual, you still get a well amount of days accrued in a year.

Pros

-learn so much from the ER providers and you get to be in the rooms with the doctors learning how to intereact with patients and the process of diagnosis

Cons

-not good hours, even worse pay, and no shift differential for night shift. They know that since we are mostly all pre-med students or going into healthcare, we need the experience and patient care hours so they can pay us nothing
