Limbach Collaborative Services has been a fertile ground for enhancing my skills and knowledge over recent years. The company maintains high work standards, with challenging and rewarding projects stimulating growth and learning. The company's industry reputation is commendable and has considerably contributed to my professional identity.

Cons

Over the past few years, we've seen a marked departure of key staff, with their positions left vacant. This shift has resulted in the existing staff shouldering an increased workload, leading to an uneven and stressful working environment. Several experiences have shaken my faith in the leadership and raised questions about the fairness of their performance evaluations and the promotion procedures within the company.

I was initially attracted to Limbach because of its long history, people seemed to be happy, and there was an opportunity for growth, all of which I confirmed to be true. Over the last couple of years, I have been increasingly impressed with the quality of the entire leadership team, which not only adds to our ability to perform well in an intensely competitive market but who also embraces initiatives that allow people to flourish, no matter your level, specialty, background, etc. Limbach emphasizes people and culture, which value employees and create a feeling of belonging.

Cons

Despite being a technology-forward company, occasional, relatively minor frustrations exist with company-issued computers and wifi.
