Pros

Uncapped commission with good base salary. 401k with company match plus car stipend, good benefits. Work is good but can be difficult at times- a lot of cold calling. Also do not have to be in the office a lot, which is a major plus.

Cons

Cold calling, difficulty of finding clients- but, it's sales so it is what it is.

The majority of the people are great to work with. Lay back atmosphere. To gain experience, this is a good place to earn it.

Cons

No growth opportunities, a lot of micromanaging. Management needs a lot of improvement.
