      Pros

      Work life balance Good benefits Positive work environment Very experienced company Great experience and you can learn a lot. Good reputation in the industry

      Cons

      Needs to work on training their management. No real mentorship or guidance. Very little to no training at all for all their employees. Still very old school mentality and male dominated company. They don’t seem to have much growth within the company.
