I was exposed to black mold in the parking garage, there were three live bats inside the warehouse, I was bit by spiders, one guy had heat stroke outside because we didn’t have enough work stations for everyone to work inside. Here’s the thing even if you were inside the only part of the warehouse that has air conditioning is the managers office. So at all times it was 105 degrees Fahrenheit on a good day it might go down to 96 degrees Fahrenheit. The bathroom door on one side doesn’t lock, theirs no cold water to drink. They always make you spend your own money for coolers at 7 11 down the street. Now if you’re not a lime employee even when it’s 100 degree you cannot use a lime scooter you can walk flat out. That was my experience. Also I had to have two Covid which meant now my household has to be tested. That made both of us be out of work while lime thought it was funny to put me at a workstation where another mechanic was out sick with COVID19. Let’s not forget to mention how I was robbed at work. The warehouse has a issue with hiring convicted criminals.

Horrible HR Leadership, Nepotism is clear with HR hires, Recruitment team is under-resourced which is why there is so much attrition with that group
