work at your own schedule

They ask you to be a self employer under thirty part companies that advertise the job as remunerative, up to 4/6k monthly on JobToday for instance. But you have to work with your own van, pay fines and all other costs, and its almost impossible to move more than 60 bikes in 8/9 hours of work as is the system that determine which bikes you have to pick up and they are always far away from each other, plus traffic and etc.

> This company is a sinking ship, steered by a finance leadership team utterly detached from reality > Finance leaders has consistently demonstrated a profound lack of foresight, failing to adapt to employees needs and exhibiting a shocking inability to manage resources effectively >The consequences of this inept leadership are clear. For ex. in the alarming decline in the caliber of recent hires, particularly within the finance team. It's as if the hiring bar has been lowered so drastically that we're scraping the bottom of the intellectual barrel > Steep downward trajectory. The combination of clueless leadership in a critical function like finance and accounting and an influx of intellectually inferior talent is a toxic cocktail that will inevitably lead to further decline
