Frustrating Experience and Unorganized

Pros

The management team recognized the disorganization and inefficiencies in the company and sought feedback from employees. They are taking a methodical approach to improving workstations, understanding inventory levels, and hiring more staff. They have also brought in support from other warehouses to help out and are delegating fewer tasks to each employee. Overall, the company is taking a proactive approach to improve operations.

Cons

I recently had a frustrating experience where I could not find tools or screws, faced inconsistent methods of repairs, and found a lack of detailed service information. Furthermore, there were too many platforms for communication, pay, benefits, and documentation. The warehouse was a mess, with tools and screws scattered all over the place. It was hard to find the necessary tools for the job at hand, which slowed down the repair process. Additionally, the methods of repair were inconsistent, with different technicians handling the same job in different ways, leading to confusion and a lack of clarity on the repair process. The lack of detailed service information was also frustrating. The technicians could not provide clear information on what was being done and why, making it difficult to understand the repair process. This lack of transparency made it challenging to make informed decisions about the repair. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disorganized. The lack of organization and communication made the repair process more challenging than it needed to be. I would not recommend this workshop to anyone looking for quality repairs and clear communication.

Pros

If you are a hard worker, they will let you work a lot. To the point of exhaustion. And know they you’ll be the only one pulling your own weight.

Cons

Lack of trust between manager/employees. Lack of trust between colleagues. Manager gossips to your colleagues about you. Everyone gets raises except you if you work hard. Your hard work and efforts will be taken as a threat and won’t be rewarded.
