It is exciting, they try new things, they are improving, they want to make the world a better place, they try to value employees, there’s some promotion from within, often overtime in busy season, so much career/professional development available with them

Cons

They hire & fire quickly, many of the upper management do little make a lot & play favorites, pay is okay but you work hard
