Pros

Time passes by quickly and pay is quite decent relative to other jobs of the same level. Very social environment. Paid weekly.

Cons

Not much training initially, have to learn on the go. Unrealistic expectations at times especially when times are busy. Company uses the 'hire and fire' method so better not get on the bad side of managment.
