-work to life balance -long hours no recognition -takes advantage of certain employees to make themselves look better -will replace anybody to better their image even employees who were with the company in start up phase -low ball pay -overworked and retaliated against if you demand regular working hours -hostile work environment -if you want to work for a company where you constantly question your position regardless if your doing a great job or not, then allow yourself to be abused at Lime. -Company hates its customer and sees them as $$$ only, not people -Fake news, pledges it wants to help the environment but have 0 internal objectives that actually works toward this goal. -terrible company to work for if you have any amount of self integrity -If you are not white or Asian don't expect to be promoted unless you can be used to make the company look good. For example, they launch in a city with a black Mayor or predominate officials then only for the beginning phase will you see somehow who is black running things. Then after Lime has successfully gotten into said city, that person will get moved to a new position.

No one will tell you to take a break - HQ does not set up local ops to be able to actually take time off, minimal support for local ops and far less benefits than HQ so buckle up, hires poor people managers just due to seniority, autonomy is nice but having a good manager is priceless.
