Pros
Challenging workdays. It was never boring. Friendly climate. Proud to be working in an up and coming sector (micromobility). Daily usage of interesting applications. My feedback, even on technical matters was taken into account. Flexible shifts. Good pay. Loved to work the night shift or on Weekends and Holidays, extra pay. Daily interaction with people and customers. Really good cooperation and communication with everyone here and abroad. The managers from the USA were really cool. Rode electric scooters every day, a really fun aspect of the job.
Cons
As an operations specialist in Athens you had to be resourceful, cool headed, resilient, hard working, a good and careful driver, strong bodied, good with people, diplomatic, tech savvy, decisive, responsible, knowledgeable, know how to communicate in English, determined and sometimes a daredevil. Loved it!
