The salary for me as an entry job was okay and they were paying any extra working hours needed which is certainly a plus and not something all companies do

Cons

Different offices have completely different culture. Managers were not doing the job they should be doing, were not working nearly as much as they should and were always giving their responsibilities to others. No organization or prospects.

Lime is filled with committed and smart colleagues dedicated to building a world-class company that will redefine how we get around. As a startup, there's ample room to build the career you want to see. From ample room to work on new projects, professional development support, and strong communication loop from the executive team. A professional highlight for me has been the opportunity to work with so many smart, capable people, that want what's best for the company and the communities we serve to succeed.

Cons

Like most maturing startups, there are obvious pain points as Lime looks to bring it to the next level. The hours can be long and the highly organizationally inter-dependent company structure leads to ambiguity around decision making,
