Company is moving and growing so fast that there are tons of opportunities for learning and growth.

Cons

Hours can be long (startup life) and at times the company is not as organized as large scale tech companies. Some of this is due to growing pains, but it can effect company efficiency.

If you are not the managers friend or friend of his friend don’t expect any raises or promotion. Employee turnover rate is insanely high and will Fire you for blinking. No room for growth

Pays based on how much you work. You get to pick which days you want to work. If you work quickly, you can earn a high rate of pay.

Cons

You can only collect scooters late at night for the most part, and you have to put them out early in the morning. The app glitches sometimes, but it is functional overall.
