Pros

Great people in the business to learn from. Great objectives and challenges to work on - hyper fast growth opportunity. Good autonomy to make decisions, experiment, and get stuff done.

Cons

Can be quite stressful with public safety at the fore. Work-life balance is not the best - working some crazy hours at night and on the weekends. With high expectations on individuals and a lack of support, people can be prone to burnout.

Plenty of autonomy in a fast paced environment . Promotion possibilities across all functions due to growth. Plenty of stretch experiences and projects to get involved with as Lime grows. Since joining in January I have been impressed by the diversity and inclusion in Lime with numerous societies and support. Great to work for a company where I align with the mission.

Cons

The pace does not suit everyone. Can be ambiguous at times.
