Pros
The company is filled with extremely motivated and intelligent people working towards a similar goal - make Lime successful. It's easy to capture this type of environment since everyone is out to reach that IPO-success state. The culture is friendly, diverse, relaxed, and fun. They provide a lot of typical tech-culture perks like catered lunches, fully stocked fridges, unlimited PTO, etc. The interview process was also quick and smooth. The entire end-end process from application to offer extended lasted about a week. I was greeted by friendly faces when I came in for the interview and the recruiter I worked with was extremely responsive.
Cons
As with any start up, lots of structure, processes, and policies still need to be put in place. Management is doing their best to listen to the voices of the employees but with such rapid growth, any company would experience the growing pains.
