Pros

None they are deceitful and untruthful

Cons

Abhorrent management that barely exist. They terminate good employees with zero regard for you as a person. Extremely cold and distant managers build absolutely no repore with staff. All they do is stare at number metrics and gripe about how poor everyone is doing. Not helping solve any real issues only thing that mere them look better.

Pros

The company moves at an insane pace and the engineers are brilliant. It is exciting to see the company grow in employees and in business. People seem happy with their work and truly are dedicated to making Lime succeed.

Cons

The pay is lower than expected for a software engineer in SF and there are not enough engineers at the company to tackle all problems at once. People regularly stay late and often have to respond to things on weekends.

Pros

Excellent company with an outstanding benefits package. The team is comprised of exceptional, highly talented individuals who are always willing to help one another. There's a strong culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation throughout the organization.

Cons

Abysmal leadership with minimal guidance, management lacks basic non-leadership skills, leaving employees to figure things out independently. The company has developed a toxic culture where disagreeing with decisions often results in fabricated performance issues, followed by PIPs that typically lead to termination. Professional growth opportunities are virtually nonexistent. Despite significant potential, the organization operates with questionable practices that contradict its stated values of collaboration and teamwork. The work environment is chaotic with frequent last-minute changes and decisions that undermine both employee morale and business effectiveness.
