No clear goals or kpis for the growth team. App business with no regard for their app marketing. No job security—you never knew where you stood, even if you were performing well.

Pay is decent and they give you all the equipment

Cons

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. They have no structure whatsoever, and they used a 3rd party company to hire mechanics and laid us off without any notice at the end of the shift. We weren't told by management that we were laid off; we had to find out through the lead mechanic that we were let go.
