Lime is committed to improving the diversity of our workforce as well as to providing an equitable service to riders and cities. Lime also has strong sustainability commitments, which ensures that everything we do, from hardware development to fleet operations to logistics, is aligned toward providing a low-carbon transportation service.

Cons

The work is fast-paced and there are always many competing requests and priorities. It's important to make time on a regular basis to unplug. Luckily, Lime's unlimited PTO policy makes this easy to do.
