learn a lot, great challenges to work on, great people to work with, remote and flexible work environment, great brand

Cons

management is not committing to a feasible strategy resulting in unsustainable work life balance, most of operations has toxic culture traits and there are very little growth opportunities

Pros

I'm a relatively new employee, but have been in tech/transportation for over 6 years. The two most important things about Lime - they have taken the top position in their field after rapid consolidation, and they are leveraging that position to get better at every aspect of the business, including talent. It's an exciting time to be part of a great team.

Cons

It's early enough that I don't have much to say here. No organization is perfect, but I've been really pleased with the teamwork and support I've experienced to date.
