- Fully remote working environment has increased my productivity and focus when working from home - Flexibility and autonomy in time management - Empowering leadership with a strong sense of trust - Optimistic, supportive leaders who are always willing to listen and help - Management actively focused on growing the business and cultivating a positive culture

Cons

- Sometimes can feel isolating due to the fully remote setup - Meeting times and working hours can be inconsistent because of collaboration across multiple time zones - Work can sometimes feel overwhelming as boundaries between work and personal time may overlap

Office culture is limited High growth company looking to maximise profits, teams on the ground are seen as disposable and you're expected to get results or get moved on
