Dealing with difficult challenges can sometimes mean having to work over 40 hours a week. But Overall it is usually lower.

In general, I love working at startups because of the opportunities for personal growth and business impact. I've certainly found those opportunities at Lime. The company is on a very promising trajectory, the team is great, and I'm excited for my future there.

Cons

There have been a lot of changes in the last year or two. If you're looking for stability above all else, you'll probably be happier at more established company.
