Pros

Limelight has a very professional yet very personable group of employees. The culture is more like friends than work in my opinion. With that, the expectations for performance are high, as they ought to be. The work is varied and challenging, which makes things interesting and enjoyable. There are opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your skillset.

Cons

Ongoing context switching can be a hindrance to productivity. Due to rapid growth, there are currently many changes taking place in the management structure. This is necessary and expected, however.

Great people. Great Environment. Challenging work! Constant growth. The culture here is amazing and the best I have yet to experience in a company.
