long hours based on a start-up culture that require often the wearing of multiple hats and filling multiple roles.

Pros

My coworkes are all really great people. Everyone has a great attitude and works hard, in both the San Francisco office and the Redding office. The product is fun to work on in my opinion, and we're expanding quickly, both in personnel and in scope. The executives are all supportive, and strive to make a positive working environment, while also keeping everyone productive.

Cons

Having people split up between two offices can make communication a little tricky sometimes. If you need to ask a question of someone at a different location, they're usually on Slack, but sometimes not. Also, I think the salary is slightly sub-par; but not drastically so.

Pros

A place to share ideas, help contribute to growth and have a stake in making a difference. Compensation is fair considering they are a lean start up and growing. Office space at Launchpad Digital Health is spacious, energetic and buzzing with creativity yet relaxed and comfortable. Bring your headphones!

Cons

The space is getting full and sometimes hard to get a meeting room. Parking in SF is expensive (no surprise) but near things in SOMA for lunch and after work fun.
