Great culture and work environment that promotes lean suggestions from every employee. Linamar is the place to be if you want to grow in your career.

Cons

Plant floor is a little messy with constant oil spills and machines are all over the place - not so organized. Process flow is much more chaotic. Some benefits won't start unless you're with the company for at least 6 months.

Good place to learn about automotive industry and various manufacturing processes

Cons

low pay, bad management, toxic environment. The company is very cheap in anything. Many of the management members are incompetent. The work is very redundant. If you want to be a real engineer, look elsewhere.
