      Pros

      Great co-workers, learn alot from each others strengths. With so many different linamar companies, there is plenty of room to advance as much as you wish. Most of the managers are good people

      Cons

      Pay started out on the extreme low end of the scale. Practically had to bag for a raise large enough to get salary where it should be.

      Pros

      The pay was okas long as you were happy with the rate you started with because the raises were small and bonuses were a joke. The benefits were good. Never short on hours.

      Cons

      They treat employees on the floor like trash and I was an office employee and saw how they overworked them and then let them go at the drop of a hat. The leadership team is like the snobby group from high school you always were bullied by, they gave themselves all the dinners out and raises but left the actual working people out.
