Pros

Had focus on opening up the lines of communication between office and hourly staff to be inclusive to all. Always lots of job openings due to turnover if you are looking for movement/advancement.

Cons

Upper Management very shady with little to no integrity. Not fair and equal treatment between office employees and manufacturing employees.

Entrepreneurial, great environment for a self-starter with no time for a bureaucracy. Overall a very positive experience with no major issues.

Cons

Can be tough balance at times as a lot is available to you. If you're well liked, it can be overwhelming.
