      Pros

      Linamar is a fast paced environment, where changes are both appreciated and encouraged. Management shows their appreciation, and will support you through different learning opportunities. There is a strong level of autonomy which i enjoy, as it allows you to develop as a professional.

      Cons

      The fast pace can cause frustrations, and at time things are changed without a full understanding of impacts, causing more issues in the future.
