      Not the best, but far from the worst place to work.

      Pros

      No forced dispatch, new equipment, yearly safety bonuses, quarterly bonuses, competitive wages and paid benefits, large corporation.

      Cons

      Pay level is not at the top but is pretty good. Sometimes dispatch shows favoritism towards some drivers and not other.

      Pros

      Money's good - the wage, at least for A2 Assemblers, is really good given that almost no experience is necessary. Exercise - you'll get plenty of it. Maybe too much. Cafeteria food - also a con.

      Cons

      Frequent injuries; inhumanly short breaks; frequent mandatory overtime; repetitive strain injuries and other injuries from overworking yourself and not adequately resting; conflicts between different levels of the company (engineers, management, factory workers); cafeteria food is varying in quality and is often served too slowly given the amount of workers that want it, resulting in frustration, hungry angry employees, and a demeaning atmosphere where you have two minutes to enjoy a full plate of good food
