Pros

I was treated very well by my supervisor and manager. They are consummate professionals and know that each member of their team contributes valuable skills.

Cons

No real negatives. After multiple years Linamar allowed 4 weeks paid vacation which was appreciated. My only negative of Linamar is benefits are not great. Most employees know that.

Factory work hit the clock do your job and hit the clock again. Insurance and 401K

Cons

No pay raises just cost of living raises if they like you. Short notice on weekend overtime. They are always looking to blame somebody for something.
