I worked for all most 2 years in their heat treatment facility racking and un-racking parts on and on for 12 hours / day for less than $14. This company is a joke...supervision means the Team \ Leaders (some of them knowledgeable) that are running the show. They have a Supervisor sitting all day long in the office and having no idea what happens on the floor. The only time when I / we meet the supervisor is in the daily morning meeting. This company survives on the shoulder on few people. Here I met the most knowledgeable person that I know - their process engineer that knows everything and helps everybody. This guy ( I forgot his name) runs the show; he trains, teaches and helps everybody. He can decide in all most everything and he's the one who decides in any problem; the only thumb up for Linamar Gear...

Stay away from this company, especially from accounting/finance department. Management together with HR department will treat you like a trash. They do not like people who use their minds and see more that they want them to see. If you do not fit to them, they will force you to leave the company with no return ticket forever. That is how they harass people to keep them under control.
