      Inviting, challenging at first, disappointed by the unbreakable wall of hierarchy I slammed into.

      Pros

      If you are willing to work, they can provide hours and jobs, and perhaps growth within the company or job.

      Cons

      Due to a massive wall of hierarchy with split companies who have little room from the squeeze of the highest management, you will find yourself frustrated in lack of personal development or tight micromanagement from lower managers (who worked the job you worked).

      Tons of opportunity to get your hands on projects. Friendly staff, great community and social events. Plenty of challenging work.

      Good introduction to automotive, lacking in passion and culture

      Pros

      A lot of challenging work for mechanical and manufacturing engineering. Can be very fast paced. Internships provided an introduction to a diverse range of fields from manufacturing processes to sales and accounting.

      Cons

      A little too much tension at times between the different departments within the company. Engineering, quality, sales, management felt a little disconnected. Also not many company outings or a good place for young people.
