      There is a lot of room to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Politics is huge at Linamar, you can be on the right side one day and on the wrong side the next day. You need to know how to play the game without getting burned.

      Pros

      Linamar can be a great place to work. They respond well to initiative and reward hard work. The hours can be flexible when needed, and depending on your crowd, there are a lot of good people to work with.

      Cons

      Currently the company is going through a re-organization that is quite painful. Senior leadership is quite thrifty. Company wide "plant come first" mentality
