They make me sure training and challenges. I can get any cafeteria (giftcard). Main leadership committed to envelopment.

Cons

They organise any festival, Sport festival, Family Festival ect.

Pros

Excellent manufacturing experience that will pay dividends no matter what field you move into later on in your career. Their training program is quite good as well. You will have the opportunity to learn about various lean manufacturing principles as well as different machining operations in great detail.

Cons

Manufacturing is generally a 24/7 industry. If you are responsible for a machining line, you are on call pretty much all the time. The salary isn't anything spectacular but living expenses in Guelph are pretty reasonable so it doesn't put you at a disadvantage.

Fair pay, very active succession and employee development programs, great company-wide team spirit, very international, great projected growth and company development.

Cons

Strong lack of communication in some business units, very few benefits, organizational structure is unclear at times, employees at some business units seem uncooperative.
