      Pros

      Linamar will promote from within whenever they can. I've watched many coworkers move up in their career quickly. Because the company is growing so quickly, opportunities are available. Good benefits too.

      Cons

      Linamar's growth can come with growing pains. Sometimes there are periods where the company is understaffed and everyone is working hard. But it evens out.
