Its super hot. No A/C. They give you a popsicle on a hot hot day... when they have them. Pay rate is less than competitive.

Entrepreneurial, great environment for a self-starter with no time for a bureaucracy. Overall a very positive experience with no major issues.

Cons

Can be tough balance at times as a lot is available to you. If you're well liked, it can be overwhelming.
