- Projects tend to come in waves so sometimes workload can be overwhelming and requires a lot of overtime but balances out with some slower periods every once in a while. - Some customers are difficult to work with.

minimum level of salary compared to other similar manufacturing companies, there is not any benefits, not any challenges and there is not any room to get promotes, so weak learning system as you cannot learn anything
