Cons
Work from home is treated as a proveidhe that will be taken away if you do not perform well. They use the wording “work from home is a privilege” which makes me feel like a child. Low pay Constant overtime They act like rushing and getting things done will slow down the overtime and then they’ll pull a 10 hour day on a Saturday out of thin air. Pressured to work excessive hours even though I have a disability that affords me time off through the ada. Calling in sick is met with retaliation if it is the end of the month. You will be written up. There is no solid training. Insurance policies change constantly and no one in corporate ever knows what’s going on to train us to meet the current requirements of insurances.
