You can never take time off, you have to call into management about everything if you need a day off, if you need to leave early, when you clock in for your shift, asking for permission to go on your scheduled break. They always have system issues everyday you could be working with a patient and then the system would just crash and you had to manually write down all their information to go back and try to find them later in the system to finish whatever it was that they needed help with. They have two step verification to get into the system with Micosoft beware it will lock you out multiple times just for IT to tell you that its an on going issue and there is no work around you have to wait 3 hr- 24 hours before getting back in or trying again because if you make to many attempts it will completely lock you out for the full 24 hours and no one can do anything to fix it!

management was horrible and extremally unprofessional and showed favoritism to certain employees. Pay was low for the robot/slave they expect you to be while they sit in their office all day not doing anything but stirring office drama like children.
