      It's a job and will help you get your foot in the door for a better job opportunity, helps gain experience

      Cons

      Horrible experience, micromanaged constantly, unfair and management abuses authority. Not a very friendly environment and for profit makes it hard to take care of patient needs. Will literally pick up oxygen from a dying patient if they are not getting paid for it. No opportunities to move up within the organization, basically a dead-end job. As stated previously, good to get experience to move on to something better.
