None. I have nothing positive to say about Lincare

Cons

Lincare doesn't care about their employees or patients. At the end of the day they are in it for the money. They send all employees quarterly emails stating how sales are down and we "need to do better" all the employees are severely underpaid. We don't make enough to make a decent living. Lincare also just decided to change their PTO Policy without any prior communication to its employees. They changed it three weeks into the new year. Thus screwing all employees over. At the end of the day they want to fill their pockets and the CEO doesn't care how it effects their employees. You can bet I am currently looking for another job.

Support from management, annual raises, flexible schedule, great coworkers.

Cons

Not any fault of Lincare, but national shortage on supplies makes getting equipment to needed referrals a bit challenging
