Remote PAID TIME OFF AFTER 90 days of employment OVERTIME

Cons

1. Their medical sucks 2. They only care about how many orders & RO’s you capture. 3. The remote system they use sucks and crashes and audio is horrible. 4. They don't honor disabilities, even though you placed it on your application. 5. Will gig you on quality and do even say why. 6. Returns are through the roof. 7. Employees not concerned about making sure supplies are correct on order systems are correct on order. 8. Customers not being advised properly. 9. Consistently making Outbound calling to customers who are sick of all the calls.

Illegal work enviorment, from telemarketing script, illegal dialer settings, illegal medical products because they are harmful, illegal recurring billing program, illegal Medicare scam to defraud the government. ect

Easy hire. Trainer was awsome.

Cons

No, approximate training, Terrible tech issues and support. Old regime type of management style, no updated processes. Does not take any feed back about tech issues are acknowledged for two months my patients could not hear me. Hard to sell when your equipment is not functioning correctly.
