-Terrible base salary -Terrible reimbursements for gas, food and travel -Worst management tree you could imagine -Genuinely does not care about patients from the top down -Impossible to get paid the commission you are owed -requirements that are not realistic for territories based on population size -little to no training

Pros

Good vacation time, but you get treated badly when you take time off and come back to twice the work.

Cons

Literally everything. This is a terrible place to work. The culture is horrible, there is no training, zero work-life balance. They expect you to give them your whole life while the treat you like you’re not even a human being. The work load is unreasonable and frankly dangerous for service techs who drive. There is no accountability so no one does their job or even knows how to. Their computer systems are horrible and tech support is basically nonexistent. Upper management has no idea what’s happening at the locations and tell you to “figure it out”. They are chronically short staffed and made to just deal with it and no cares to find out why they can’t keep employees.
