You get to feel good helping people.

Cons

You are ranked with everyone in the company on how much you make on bonus doesn't matter the tenure either. Lots of qualifications on making bonus when they make over 200k each month off of your calls (they do show you that too of how much you are being jipped). Just not the position for an experienced sales agent because it's very clear you are jipped with your hard work each day while being micromanaged to make it even more stressful and draining.

Good money if you have the staff to support you Consultative sales

Cons

Without proper staff support the differentiating factor of the company is worthless. Selling point is home healthcare and clinical support for patients in between doctors visits. If you don't have a clinician in your center then you're no different from any other supplier. In my experience working for the company for over a year we have not had a clincian on staff the entire time. Also order processing is difficult and CSR turnover is incredibly high so unless you have veterans in the industry the likelihood of your center actually upholding your promises to providers is slim to none.
