it took 6 wks to start after I was offered the job. The staff is nice however early every office I went to was understaffed and very chaotic. They rush you through training if there is any because:we need to get through this" Most trainers have to call someone else to figure out how to do things due to overly complicated computer systems. You have to use your funds and get reimbursed. staff works too hard for the pay, and they do not give you a reasonable picture of the mess you are walking into. There is way more call than discussed. they promise customers things that they can not provide, If I could give zeros I would. I was expected to work nonstop and was let go after 4 wks and called a liar. would never send a pt or employee there.

There is not much to say. The vice President came down and close us down after we trained some of his employees to take over our jobs. There was no notice at all we had to gather all our belongings Per Vice president and exit the building. Some employees have been there for 8 to 12 years. The bad part was the employees in Florida knew they were taking over jobs and we were training them. The Vice President needed to go back and make ice from his previous company, his action made us lose Revenue.
