Pros

I can not think of a single pro. If I knew before hire here what I know now, I would have never accepted any position with this company.

Cons

Run away. No clear direction. No leadership. A huge mess. It is beyond comprehension how this company is still in business. Customer service is non existent.

Over worked

Pros

Flexible with time off, pretty hard to get fired unless you violate HIPPA. All the Holidays off including Black Friday and Xmas Eve.

Cons

Management is very unorganized. Benefits are horrible, pay is horrible. You get extremely overworked while getting paid 2 or more dollars under then national average for the position. They hired for higher positions outside the company without posting it for current employees, they don't want growth for their current employees.

Pros

Pay was pretty good Good team everyone works hard

Cons

1. You need to work over 100+ hrs every two weeks just to keep up 2. The manager will talk down to you like one of his children instead of a fellow professional 3. No matching 401k 4. Time is important. Even if you arrive early if you aren't at your desk at 8AM you'll get scolded 5. Team is completely overwhelmed trying to run projects, day to day tasks, and any tasks that just happens to come up 6. Still running on old technology like Server 2003 7. Sill running on physical machines 8. On call rotation is terrible because the alerts have not been tuned so you'll be woken up at 3AM for a low disk when there is still plenty of free space left 9. In house software deployments are a joke. No planning and they just give you a bunch of files that you have to figure out how to deploy 10. No training they just say welcome and then toss you onto the nearest thing on fire and it's up to you to figure it out
