      Pros

      Lincare's motto is CADU -- which stands for, Caring, Accountable, Dedicated, and United. We feel this motto at our centerlevel because of our manager!

      Cons

      CADU is not felt from upper management, There is never a feeling of appreciation from upper management. Raises are minimal; even with an "over exceeds" yearly performance evaluation. We are lucky if we even get a cost of living increase. I feel the staff would be more motivated if they felt appreciated.

      Low employee morale, very low pay, management do not care about their employees. they would rather lose good people than compensate them for hard work. Instead of motivating their employees they reprimand them. They have supposed values but don't actually follow them.
